Today we discussed with a new customer who wants to purchase a model HG-B40T with 40 tons pressure 1600x610mm cutting fabric from Vietnam. We understand that he already checked and asked for quotations from many other factories.
Then he asked a question that: How can I know your quality with such limit information?
This is a real question! Price ranges so much, different and variety in the market, double even triple for same model(some 40 tons cutting force working like HG's 30 tons, so 40 tons price equals to HG's 30 tons is normal). When the customer is new and never using hydraulic cutting machine before, and never heard any brands, either no comments from acquaintance, how can we compare the quality from words, pictures, videos?
I thought for a while, to offer below info, which all from our customers factory:
1. Many same/old&new Honggang cutting machines in one factory. The right one is the new purchased same machine.
2. 16-year old die cutting machine still working.
3. Other repeat orders information. We show a few happened in April, May 2025 for reference.
9th, May, 2025.Below this customer is from India, who producing jigsaw puzzles by our die cutting machine.We got a new inquiry just from Today.This time they are interested in E180T.
8th, April, 2025 This customer is from Mexico requesting die cutting machine for foam, before they purchased for heating sealing die cutting machine 200 tons, special for insulation die cutting.
15th, April, 2025. Below Customer is from Philipines who each year purchased one machine since 2020.
8th, May, 2025.Below is from the customer from India who would like to purchase the same customized 40 tons with area 1200x1100mm working area with feeding holder and rollers. 4. Honggang production report.
A production report can show everything for one factory running good or not, the quality, the service good or not.
All the year round, we are in full speed of production, no matter what economic situtation outside.
