Honggang cutting machine factory complished the achievement with 18% increase in sales amount compared between 2024 and 2023.
This article is to show the production in 2024.
Below two charts are about :
A. The machine different models quantity produced per month in 2024.
From Chart A, we can see that:
1) from 20 tons 50 tons manual type cutting machine: 412 sets, Manual type: Manual sliding table, not including swing arm clicker press 80 sets around.
2) 20 to 50 tons with feeding system auto cutting machine: 15 sets.
3) 60-300 tons manual sliding table cutting machine: 69 sets.
4) 60-300 tons with auto feeding systems die cutting press: 188 sets
(Including full Servo Cutting, Servo-hydraulic cutting, Kiss cut) Feeding sytem: auto sliding table, belt feeding, cut on belt, step auto feeding, including heating function. There are total 257 sets of big machine in 2024, then per month 21 sets!
Big machines production ability always means the quality, and the improvement!
6) Robot arm for pickup and place: 49 sets.

B. From 2017 to 2024, the machine different models quantity comparison.
From Chart B, except the cutting machines we are making and have been made for over 25 years, aslo we can see that in the past 8 years, we have made over 1000 sets of positive and negetive thermoforming machines.
C. Honggang now combines Dongxing factory.
A big news is in 2024, Dongxing factory moved to Foshan from Dongguan, to Honggang factory site, combined the station production and assembly together, to complete the production line in Honggang factory. Such production line will largely increase the quantity, speed, and quality control for the thermoforming machine.
