Foam inserts as usual with the product shapes and put into the case/box which is normally used for protection for fragile products, such as electricity products, bottle packages, comestic products, car parts..etc.

Thick and high density EPE foam can be waterproof, and shockproof, so EPE foam inserts is widely used for packages.

Up to 60mm, 80mm, 100 mm heavy thickness of EPE foam sheets, with size 1400x810mm for foam inserts die cutting, it will need heavy pressure up to 80 tons, 100 tons for choice.

The Foam insert die cutting machine in the video is model HG-B100T, with double side auto sliding table feeding for easy working. The table can hold the thick foam tray or foam boards, after cutting, also steady for picking up.

The foam insert die cutting machine can be one side for one worker working, also it can be installed with two tables as two working positions if large quantity requirements.
