When we talk about Small and Big die cutting machines of HONGGANG brand
The questions is from the customers, how to compare the manual type 30 tons to 60 tons die cutting press.
Yes actually we have the manual type from 30 tons to 300 tons, and most popular are 30 tons, 40 tons, 50 tons, 60 tons, 80 tons, 100 tons to 150 tons. But based on our machine designs on hydraulic oil circuit diagram, we seperate the different tonnages into Small machines and Big machine.
Here we have to explain more about manual type. Manual type compared to auto type, it's by hand to press the buttons, and by hand to drag the materials or to push and pull the materials. Sometimes it will take the small mould by hand. Anyway, the cutting job still belongs to the cutting machine, just by hand to feed the material and pick up the cutting pieces.
Simply as standard, 30 tons, 40 tons, 50 tons are small machines, with standard working area 1220x610mm, 1600x610mm. When from 60 tons are big machines, with standard working area as 1400x710mm, 1600x810mm, 1600x910mm, 1600x1000mm.

From the outlook, we can have a conclusion for some details for usage: 1) Big machines looks stronger and bigger, anyway, size different. 2) Big machine is with the cooling fan, when small machines don't have it. 3) Big machine has the PLC, HMI for setting and adjument easily, when small machine is with the handle and scale to measure the cutting depth.
And for the applications, 30 tons, 40 tons, 50 tons mostly for leather goods of bags, shoes, facial mask, underwear, toys fabric, phone package materials, small plastic sheets. Specially EPE foam cutting, better not beyond 50mm thickness, low quantity of cleaning sponges,
