We have 8 feeing systems of the cutting machine
When we think about a cutting solution, as usual, we think about it from 3 parts, and quote the price according to these 3 parts.
They are feeding part, cutting part and despatching part.
Today let's talk about the feeding part.
A. Feeding Part.
The feeding part of the cutting press, we have many solutions accordingly.
A.a. Manual feeding table. It means by hand to pull out and push in the wood table. And there is roller and holder at the bottom to make the movement easily.
A.b. Without the feeding table. The wood table can be removed and just by hand to put or pull the materials into the cutting area. It's not safe by this feeding method, but with the safety guards, and double hands working, it is also normal operation for some factories.
A.c. With semi-auto feeding table. By hand to press the button, the feeding table feeds into the cutting area, then cutting, then come out automaticly. It's one time cutting.
A.d. With auto section-feeding table. By hand to press the button, the long table holding the materials will be continous feeding and auto feeding. The feeding length and cutting times can be set. When finish the setting data, the table will be back to original position for pick up and the next time working.
A.e. With auto section feeding and pushing bar. The table to hold the materials is steady. What is moving, is the feeding bar. The bar will push the materials continously and cutting automaticly. Each time after finishing, the bar will push out the cutting pieces out of cutting area.
A. f. With belt-clip table feeding. Belt feeding as usual is with clip for rolls materials auto feeding together. Clip is to fix the rolled materials, and run togethe with the belt to feed the materials. As usual, there are two belts in both sides, which is easy for feeding in as well feeding out the cutting pieces.
A. g. With full belt feeding. Full belt feeding is through the whole feeding parts and cutting area. It's cutting on belt. Such kind of cutting press is totally for thin materials, sheet materials, such as EPE foam rolls. With this kind of cut-on belt solution, the cutting machine always with position limit for cutting for protecting the belt.
A.h. With roller feeding. Roller feeding as usual with belt-clip or belt feeding together for continous feeding thick materials. It adopts double roller top and bottom rolling the materials to realize the feeding.
A. i. Staking Roller feeding with belt. When the roller feeding with the continous running belt, it comes out an excellent feeding solution of stacking and rolling feeding. Piles of EPE foam sheets stacking on a belt, with a stopper, then it becomes with stacking roller feeding system, saving labors in feeding.
We have many and not only above solutions of feeding.
Next, how to select the feeding systems?
Anyway, it should be considered from belowing:
1. What kind of materials, materials hardness, materials length, materials thickness, materials width.
2. Cutting shapes designs.
3. Quantity and output speed required.
4. Market share.
5. Feeding solution cost.
6. Labor cost.
