Left: New designed Double sides, with fixed robot arm.
Right: Old designed double sides, with Seperated, movable,seperated electric box robotic arm.

The new designed robot arm is fixed and installed to the cutting press. It can be single side, as well two sides working together.

Advantages: It solved the key problems of the old robot arm.
A. Takes less space.
B. Easy to install. The whole machine with robot arm can be installed by one step.
C. Save the shipping cost. Only 1x20 feet container can be loaded to ship to export.
D. Can add after a while. We can design the frame to the cutting machine, whenever you want to add the robot arm.
E. Single side or double side for choose. To use single side first, later to add the other side, is also awaible.
F. Saving energy. Servo motor with hydraulic system. Yes, we only design for servo hydraulic model.
G. Including standard of two conveyor belts to place the cutting pieces.
H. Only Consumes 3 kW/h of electricity (Some others consumes 10 KW/hour)
I. Servo motor, intelligent control, no cutting no consumes.
J. Fully steady, No vibration when cutting.
K. No need extra water cooling, either extra vaccum pump.

Disavatages: The fixed robot arm can not be added to the old cutting machine, which is without the robot arm frame.
