To Netherlands: 200T, 2000x1000mm, Cut on belt Press For Foam rolls cutting
Today we loaded a full belt feeding cutting machine to Netherlands for thin foam rolls die cutting.
200 tons, 2000x1000mm, Full belt running through the feeding, cutting area.
It's totally customized and with big size, so it's disassemble for loading into the container. But not so worries, it's designed easy to assemble when in the buyer's factory. The Belt just needs to though two rollers at the edge, then through the whole working area.
Compare to steady feeding table, metal-table, belt- clip table, roller-feeding table, the full belt table feeding cutting machine is mostly for rolls feeding, which others table can not hold, or cutting pieces too soft/thin to come out after cutting. By belt though feeding, the cutting peices can be left on the belt after cutting, then conveyed out by the belt running.
To cut on the belt , meanwhile conveying the cutting pieces out, the most import question that the users care much should be:
How long can a belt using? Should we need to change the belt often?
No worries. This kind of full belt feeding and cutting on belt cutting machine, is designed with position limit of the cutting head. There are 4 points of the limit device at 4 positions. And the cutting pressure is not only controlled by parameter of "cutting depth", but with extra function of "position depth", also controlled by PLC, and operated on touch screen. As usual, 2-3 years it can last long for a belt using.
One more details, that the 200 tons 2000x1000mm cut on belt press machine with the alignment tool when feeding. It keeps the materials running straightly into the cutting position. Such tool width can be adjusted.
