As a special factory focused on hydraulic cutting machine production for over 24 years, HONGGANG factory daily making different kinds of cutting press at the same time. Such as full beam cutting machine,receding head cutting press, full belt feeding travel head cutting machine, hydraulic cutting machine with robot arm picking up for foam and blister.As usual, we will make around 100 sets of big or small machines within 1 month. So here to show you our factory the assembling workshop today and some machines under making:
1.Full belt feeding auto travel head cutting machine, with 4 column auto-balance structure design ensuring machine strong and steady cutting force. And full belt feeding available for any thickness of the materials such foam, fabric, leather, paper, EPE foam in rolls.
2.200 tons 4-column steady full head cutting press with robot arm, single side for the blister plastic packages cutting.
3. Top and bottom heater embossing machine for leather embossing, foam embossing. As well with auto feeding table only for die cutting function, with large pressure and suitable area for puzzle die cutting. More details that, the machine is with cutting die fast fixed tool to fix and change the cutting dies easily, which is required by most our customers production.
