During 21st-25th, June,2025, We,me with the Engineer Congcong visited 4 factories of our customers, in Thailand.

1. Who are we

First of all, we are from HG&DX. 

I am Tina, and I start to work in Honggang factory since 2014.Congcong, the engineer starts working in Dongxing factory since 2015.I am the foreign sales for both cutting machine and thermoforming machine. Congcong is the operation engineer in Dongxing. 

For Honggang and Dongxing, we are two teams in one factory, in one address, located in Danzao Town, Foshan, China.

Honggang is the famous brand for hydraulic cutting machine, yes the famouse brand for its good quality in cutting machine around China, South Asia, like in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and with Agents with local service in the US, Japan, Spain, UK, Malaysia..etc.

Dongxing is the famous brand for the thermoforming machine since 2005. Now we have users in Japan, US, CA, Vietnam, Thailand, Pakistan, Egypt,Mexico,Serbia, Turkey etc.

Honggang and Dongxing make the 3-station thermoforming machine together. Honggang builds the key part of iron-casting stations in the thermoforming machine based on our experience for the cutting machine over 20 years. And HG only designs and supplies the station of forming and cutting to DX. When in the market there are many other brands copy HG stations to other thermoforming machines, please note that, it's not from HG factory.

For aftersales service, HG team will take care for the stations, mechanical, DX team will take care for the operation, electricity.

2. Who we are to visit

Here we got the permission to take pictures and videos from 2 factories of the 4 factories we visited.

All these 4 factories are at the west of Bankok, in Samut Sakhon, Pathum Thani.

1) The first factory in Samut sakhon, has HG cutting machine over 10 sets, including 30 tons, 60 tons, 100 tons with robot arm and 1 sets DM60 Full auto thermoforming machine, size in 780x600mm.
 2) The second factory in Samut Sakhon, has HG cutting machine 7 sets,  6 sets 30 tons, one set of 200 tons.
3) The third factory has 2 sets of DM80.
4)The forth factory has 4 sets of B120T double sides with robot arm pickup.

1) The first factory is a new of 10-year old factory, production for PP food pacakge tray, containers, bowls. It’s located in Samut Sakhon, in 2014 they bought from HG for 6 sets of 30 tons trimming machine to start their business.

Then later, it expanded fast and the next 7 years, they bought in the 60 tons, 100 tons with robot arm to increase the output so fast.

Then in 2022, they bought in the DM60, 3 station thermoforming machine from us, size in 780x600mm. But we made a mistake, that we cooperated with a third party for after-sales service, including installation, operation, and maintenance.

However, please think about that, to do service to thermoforming machine is like its production, not easy, it needs to combine the whole team work, it must include the mechanical engineer, operation engineer, electricity engineers; however, as usual, 99% third party service has no such good team.

So we decided to cancel the local third party aftersales and send our people, like we do to other customers in the US, Vietnam, Pakistan, Egypt etc.

This time we bring the operation engineer to work with them for 3 days, for a whole check and operation trainning. We felt guilty for this case and finally we corrected our mistake, to offer HG&DX level after-sales service from the factory team. 

Finally, we helped to set up the DM60 3 station thermoforming machine for PET tray cover in the speed of 25 cycles per minute.

And have to mention that, this DM60 was made in 2022, now in 2025 it's a new upgrade version with cylinder Assistance of Servo motor for stations top up and down in stead of the old one by spring, and the new upgrade DM60 version alsofor PET lids can run up to 30 cycles as normal.

2) The second factory we visited without maintenance requirement is an old factory running for products of PET baker package products.

Just for products confidentiality, we didn’t take any pictures and videos from the factory. Same to the first factory, they bought in the 6 sets 30 tons of die cutting machine, but expanding slowly, till 2024, to buy the 200 tons with robot arm pickup. 

3) The third factory is a large group and thermoforming is only a small part of the company.

They have our 2 sets of DM80 3 station running for PP food package box, tray, containers including the PET covers from 2021 after their boss visited our factory.

This time they required for 3 days for training operation when their engineers resigned or changed.The engineers with the whole team learned very hard, asked questions and take the notes carefully, so we finished the work within 1 day for them.

4) The forth factory is located in Pathum Thani, also for PET bakery packages, products mostly for unregular shapes, have to say, very unregular for cakes. (Welcome to see our thermoforming samples showroom online, for more videos, please add my wc/wa: +8615918086545.)

They have Honggang cutting machine for 4 sets 120 tons, all are double sides with the robot arm, now 2 sets running well, 1 set is around 10 years ago, and waiting for the PLC module on the way to them to replace to restart, 1 set is just arrived in June, not start working yet.

3. Final

It was a very nice business trip to Thailand. Thai people all are kind to us and serve us so well. Here we express our Lots of thanks for the trust and cooprations with HG&DX for over 10 years from our dear custoemers, and thanks for still accepting us when what we did was not enough, and glad that we can fix our mistakes and to resetart.

Also as we have many machines in same location around Bankok, it’s easy for our engineer to go at one time for different factories to the checking and maintenaince, as well the operation traininng. It can help to save the flight costs, and if just need the engineer for 1-2 days.
