Only suitable for travel head type of punch machine!
The standard type of hydraulic cutting machine structure,hydraulic parts are always installed into the hydraulic tank at the bottom, which can keep the parts clean, and by oil covered to prolong the lifetime.
However, the hydraulic units inside the bottom tank, it's really hard to get the workers to reach for replacement, maintenance, specially for the ones with feeding systems, table feeding, belt feeding, sometimes even it is impossible.
So at present we have two solutions to solve the problem.
One is to make the hydraulic units just outside of the machine, but attached the machine, which can save the space and safety.
The other one of the customization is to make the hydraulic units outside as a seperated hydraulic station, with rollers to move, and tube connecting to the machine, not attached the machine.
