We have wide ranges of puzzle cutting press. Though HG-AB series has enough cutting area, but not suitable for puzzle die cutting. Puzzle complicated cutting dies require much heavy cutting pressure, so adjusted from embossing machine, HG-E120T, with 120 tons cutting pressure, suitable 600x500mm cutting area, is the perfect model for kids toys puzzle making. E120T also has good cutting performance for plywood, and MDF toys puzzles, not only cutting cardboard and foam puzzles. Same as 180 tons, 750x600mm for 500 pcs of puzzles, or bigger and more complicated designs, such as map designs. If for adult puzzle, 1000 pcs, it should be from 300 tons, 500 tons, to 800 tons.
We also have the puzzle auto packing machine.It combines the demantling and plastic bagging machine together.For large quantity production, it's helpful and neccesary.
