Even 1mm soft release paper films can be automatic feeding succefully by pinch roller! And you can see that it's 4 layer to feed by one time. But Not Only 4 layers! It can be 5 layers, 6 layers...
After unwind from the holders, the release paper film will go to the positioning tool before into the cutting area. When it's multilayers, it should be with the side positioning tool to keep the paper in the right position.
Then inside the cutting area, you also can see the cutting die is attached to the top. But which you can not see, the cutting die is with hard foam insert to push the cutting pieces out.
Then for more details, you also can see the release paper is cutting on the stainless steel board, instead the traditional PP board. When the release paper is thin and soft, to make sure of the cutting quality.
