This is a rare usage but normal cutting application for the die cutting machine.
The video is showing cutting the PU rubber, 4mm disc, hard, fully automatic cutting from raw materials to crushing machine. For the same device, it can not only cut PU rubber disc, but also silicone rubber disc, nitrile rubber disc, solid seal gasket disc, rubber pads, can be cut at the same die cutting machine.
From the video, we can see that the whole device including:
1) Motor-feeding holder and roller to auto release the heavy PU rubber rolls
2) Full belt conveyor feeding.
3) Cutting machine body, cutting area, the conveyor through the whole cutting area to convey in case to conveying out the cutting pieces.
4) Out-feeding part of conveyor
5) Robot arm to pickup, by robot arm to pickup the cutting pieces, is standard in our factory.
6) Wasting running
7) Crushing machine for the wastings.
