Maintenance and care of the cutting machine
Doing a good job of daily maintenance and care of the Hydraulic die cutting machine is an important guarantee to maintain the good working performance of the cutting machine and extend the service life of the cutting machine.
1. Daily maintenance:
1.1. Before cutting, let the oil pump run for 5 minutes (more than 15 minutes in winter).
1.2. After daily operation, clean the outer surface of the machine.
1.3. Check whether there are any debris on the main machine and the slide table and remove them.
1.4. Keep the electrical parts clean and dry.
1.5. Do not allow oil or other flammable materials to adhere to electrical components, and do not cover, wrap, or bundle electrical components or electrical instrument boxes with flammable materials to prevent fire.
2. Monthly maintenance
2.1. Check the oil pipe joints, tighten them and there should be no oil leakage. When the oil pipe is in motion, it should not cause friction between the oil pipe and other objects to prevent damage.
2.2. Check whether there is any abnormal sound when the guide rail slider slides, and inject 46# guide rail oil.
2.3. Check if the electrical components and their wiring are loose, and check if there is overheating and burning.
2.4. When repairing and maintaining the electrical appliances, the power supply of the machine should be turned off or the power supply of the machine should be removed, and a warning sign should be hung (posted).
2.5. Check if the lubricating oil pipe in the oil tank is detached and whether the oil supply is normal.
3. Long-term maintenance
3.1. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank must be replaced after about 2500 hours of use, especially for the first time of the new machine, it is better to replace it after about 2000 hours. The filter must be cleaned after about 500 hours of use after the installation or oil change of the new machine, or when the noise of the oil pump is increased.
3.2 The oil tank and the oil filter must be thoroughly cleaned every time the hydraulic oil is replaced. When refilling the hydraulic oil, the liquid level must be higher than the oil filter, and the hydraulic oil should be immersed in the oil filter by 30-50mm.
3.3. Inspection and maintenance of hydraulic system: When removing hydraulic system parts or replacing hydraulic oil, the motor should be completely stopped and pressure-free, and the hydraulic oil should be completely cooled before the operation can be carried out. Otherwise, the hydraulic oil will leak out in large quantities and may cause burns.
3.4. If the machine is not used for a long time, the machine should be carefully cleaned and sealed.
