1. Embossing machines.

2. The Embossing Plates (Dies)
We supply custom-made metal dies based on the customer's design. The process typically involves:
Design Submission: The customer provides a vector art file (e.g., AI, EPS, DXF) of their logo or pattern. We also can supply the embossing patterns for choice. We have over 1000 different patterns for shoes, bags, etc, as well for tannery 1370x1000mm, 1370x660mm.
Die Manufacturing: We have 5 workshops to make the embossing plates/dies which is the biggest resources combined whole China. The embossing plates/dies/moulds, usually from brass, steel, aluminum, for fine detail and long lifespan or steel chrome for larger patterns and cost-effectiveness.
Mounting: The die is then mounted to a metal backing plate that is securely fastened to the machine's upper platen.
