Below is the necessary steps for cutting die normal working.
Each time to change the die, must do die setting before cutting.
As usual for cleaning die cutting, it will use 23.8mm or 40mm high knife for easy cutting.
1. Motor on
2. Remove materials on the cutting area, only keeps the cutting die + cutting board on the cutting area.
3. Into the page of Parameters. 
4. Press "Die Setting" on top of the page, then the cutting head auto slow down till the knife touches the cutting board, then it stops.
5. Press "Set reset" to finish and confirm the die cutting.
6. Then try cutting.
Put the materials in the cutting area,
Into the “manual operation”, try the cutting one cut by one cut to confirm the cutting pressure required, and please note the cutting depth must be from small such as 5, to 10, 15, 18, 20, like this small adding until full cutting.
7. After Cutting pressure confirm, and feeding length measured and input the correct number, then turn to the “auto” mode. Then it works. (Make sure Manual operation activity is cancelled on manual page before auto mode starts, or it can’t work)
One section feed length: means the first feeding length. As usual feeding length equals to cutting die length + empty distance from the materials to the cutting die.
Two stage feed length: means the second feeding length. As usual feeding length equals to cutting die length + wasting length.
If one sheet 2000mm to cut twice, then only need to input 2 stages data.
If auto cut 3 times, then input the third stage data as well.

A tip, When testing the machine with cutting pressure, please put some materials in the cutting area to protect the cutting board in case cutting too deep and damage cutting die and cutting board.
