HG-G Style, Full Servo Die Cutting Machine, No Hydraulic
Well known as a hydraulic cutting machine factory, Honggang is not only manufacturing hydraulic cutting machines. Since 2010 to cooperate with Dongxing, we have start making the servo forming station, servo cutting station for the full thermforming machine.
You can see that, Only in the past 7 years, we have make over 1000+ sets of the servo cutting systems. So we have rich experience in full servo die cutting structure machine. Though mostly, we are engaged more in plastic packages, such as food package, pharmaceutical Packaging etc which require Dust-free and oil-free workshops. Only full servo die cutting machine can meet this demand.
Structures and Advantages:
1.The main machine adopts a full servo mechanical connecting rod structure, which has a fast punching speed and a lower equipment failure rate, eliminating the complicated maintenance of hydraulic machinery to replace hydraulic oil and oil seals.
2.The cutting machine body adopts a cast body and is stress-relieved. The body has undergone rigorous strength verification to ensure that the structure of the body does not deform excessively under long-term high-intensity work.
3.Precision mechanical connecting rod structure, repeated punching position accuracy reaches ±0.02mm, the mechanical structure eliminates the problem of unstable punching pressure, and makes the die more durable.
4.Fully servo motor drive, more energy-saving and environmentally friendly, the same cutting force saves more than 50% energy than traditional hydraulic machinery.
5.Mature bilateral servo automatic feeding system, the feeding plate has high repeated positioning walking accuracy, and bilateral use improves the utilization efficiency of the equipment.
6.The product is equipped with a digital self-lubricating system, and each moving part adopts an automatic lubrication system, which does not require personnel maintenance.
7.Programmable logic control and touch screen display, setting cutting depth and feeding speed, simpler, more accurate and faster operation.
8.The cutting die fixed automatic die clamping system can quickly complete the die replacement and improve the safety of die clamping.
Model information:
At present, we have two models for the full servo die cutting machines.
HG-G60T, 940x780mm working area, 780x780mm max dies size.
HG-G100T, same as above.
Feeding systems:
1)Single or Dual side feeding tables.
2)Step-auto feeding feeding tables. which allows to put large cutting moulds to cut twice, or several times.
When the cutting upper plate is made by casting, not by welding, which is much more stonger than welding. So based on the casting plate on top, at present, we recommend to keep the area as 940x780mm working area.
3) Availble with the robot arm to pick and place.
