HG-B60T Shipped to Malaysia for Foam Package Die Cutting
Today, the model loading to Malaysia, is HG-B60T, manual sliding table type hydraulic 4-column auto-balance precision cutting machine. Manual with or without sliding table is still popular, not only because of its low cost, but its availablity cutting in foam sheets, rolls, multi-layer thin rolls, easy operation assuring the fast working speed.
As usual, for EPE foam board thickness over 30mm die cutting, manual type popular model is HG-B60T, HG-B80T, Hg-B100T, with pressure 60 tons, 80 tons, 100 tons, and cutting area 1400x810mm, with max open 240mm, max stroke 190mm. Compare to less than 30mm, mostly by 30 tons, 40 tons or 50 tons with area 1220x610mm, 60 tons and 80 tons area more powerful and good for the cutting quality in high Thickness.
Small tons such as 30 tons, 40 tons also have their own market in Thin EPE foam, it allows to feed multi-layer foam rolls together cutting with small dies. Though small, but the multi-layer can reach to 50 layers, which is much high output speed already.
When it goes to semi-auto type die cutting machine, it as usual, from 80 tons, 100 tons, 120 tons, 150 tons, 200 tons with 1400x810mm, 1400x910mm, 1600x1000mm cutting area for foam boards. With stable cutting table, and powerful cutting force, such cutting press machines are for large foam products, or high quantity production requirements. And Double sides of table can be working like two machine together which is much high effiency.
