HG-B250T auto kitchen sponge cutting machine 2mx1m (Click to see the video) is customized for a customer from Poland. Specially to feed 2000x1000mm kitchen sponge sheet automatic and cutting 1000x1000mm by one shot with different shapes. The shapes are vary from small size to big size, so the ketchen sponge dies would be complicated. So we design 250 tons pressure, 2000x1100mm feeding table with section feeding function, at the back side with the belt conveyor to out-put the cutting pieces, and allow the workers dispatch the products and packing.
One important tip is that, this machine also is designed with die-fast-fixed toolon the cutting beam, at the bottom, it’s cutting PP boards instead of stainless steel board, which managing the cutting blade easily and require more heavy pressure. So we design the micro-inching tool at the bottom to micro move the PP board to prolong the PP board using life, saving the cost.

As usual, the feeding length is the cutting length, adding the space between cutting, and it allows only 1mm distance.
