Customized for a customer from Poland, the B250T for cleaning sponge die cutting, with auto feeding table 2000x1280mm, and cutting area 1280x1100mm, to cut 2000x1000mm of scrubber cleaning sponge sheets by two times. Production speed up to 8 seconds one shot, one shot up to 150 pcs, so one hour 63,000 pcs of cleaning sponge products.
The Auto feeding Cutting Machine is combined by 3 parts:
1) Main cutting body. Same as other Honggang cutting machine, the B250T is also the 4-column auto-balance type hydraulic cutting machine, with precision pressure. And have to mention that, because of auto feeding, the cutting die must be fixed on top. So the auto micro-inching tool is installed at the bottom. Such kind of design will help to prolong the PP board life so much, saving the cost, also to make the cutting easier. The cutting part of the sponge cutting machine is with the fan cooling system for the hydraulic oil running.
2) Feeding system. With PLC controlled die setting automatic, and the feeding . The feeding length can be setting in the touch sreen within 0.1mm deviation. The feeding time also can be set. And sure cutting machine feeding table has the manual, and auto feeding system.
3) Out-feeding part. The B250T cleaning sponge cutting machine is without depataching tool, but a conveyor belt with speed adjustable function to hold the cutting pieces. And the workers can pack in both sides of the belt.
