HG-B100T double-table scouring sponge cutting machine (Click to reach the same model working video) is normal standard model of hydraulic cutting machine used in scouring sponge die cutting.

100 tons cutting pressure, with standard 1400x810mm cutting area, to cut 1200x700mm sponge sheets. Double tables or singles table are optional, just double tables work like two machines together.

Of course, 60 tons, 80 tons, 120 tons, 150 tons, 200 tons, 250 tons pressure, 1300x910mm, 1600x810mm, 1600x1100mm cutting area can be selected.

The cutting dies can be fixed at the bottom of the feeding table, or fixed to the top by the tools.

The cutting die can be set automatic in the touch screen, controlled by PLC.
