This DM80 is in size of 720x800mm forming area, and the client has our over 6 sets of same 3-station thermoforming machine(air pressure forming station, by knife cutting station, and stacking station)running PP, PET for food package. The video below is for meat tray making by AB stacking after cutting. For stacking solutions, we have over 6 kinds, such as running tray and robot arm pickup from the mould inside, stacking down, pickup to the top, ect.
Hotpot bowl by two layers PP full auto thermoforming, the DM80 is running in Taiwan China.
Below this machine DM60, 780x600mm is working in Pakistan for PP lids making. It;s 4 station with punching station. For cups lids making, we have so many cases for sharing, such as 37 cycles per minute, such as packing in line for different cups cover etc.
