Dongxing Real-time Temperature Control System Overview

Dongxing Real-time Temperature Control System is based on the temperature control system of the thick sheet forming equipment of Germany's GEISS T10 (a unique temperature control system HCS4200 developed by Siemens for GEISS T10), integrating the real-time operating system VxWorKS of Wind River (this system is the computer real-time operating system of the US Mars rover), and the real-time industrial bus PowerLINK, using Japan's Yamatake super sampling temperature regulator (temperature control cycle 10 times per second), and large-scale highly integrated industrial computers for hardware real-time diagnosis and monitoring reliability design.

 

Based on the above international cutting-edge technology, our system can meet the following requirements:

1. Zero-crossing detection, control output to control the cycle execution of the load in a sinusoidal manner

2. We have a unique algorithm that can accurately control the load in a half-wave equalization manner. The half-wave period of 50Hz is 10mS3. The upper and lower electric furnaces each select a four-wire thermocouple as the sampling basis. The temperature control of other two-wire heaters is based on the value of the sampling point, and the upper and lower adjustment temperature values are given by mathematical calculation combined with software calculation.

4. Our system can ensure that the heating furnace is a stable thermal temperature field.

 

Based on our highly advanced temperature control system, we have the following special advantages over traditional temperature control methods:

 1. Save more than 20% of electricity compared to traditional methods.

2. The temperature control accuracy for the heat absorbed by the plastic sheet is ±0.3.

3. Extremely fast temperature compensation. During the alternating process of sheet forming and pulling, we can ensure that the sheet gets the maximum output of heater radiation.

4. The system has alarm functions for thermocouple disconnection, reverse connection, and overtravel

5. The system has a load circuit heartbeat detection function. And real-time online communication detection function

6. We have the most advanced real-time heater open circuit, fuse open circuit, and thyristor status alarm and monitoring

7. All control points are single-point temperature control, one control one

8. The heating temperature zone is long,4 times of the forming area, especially for PP products, the efficiency is significantly improved, and the working efficiency can reach up to 30 cycles per minute.
