Cutting machine can't work without cutting dies.
Cutting dies  can't work without the protection boards and cutting die rubber insert.
As usual, the protection boards are of PP board. PP board, which is soft but reduarable, can hold the cutting knife cutting thousand times. Of course, it would be in right setting for cutting pressure, or the boards will be damaged soon and cost much more. 

As usual, cuttiing leather using red PP boards, cutting plastic with stainless steel board together with PP boards, also thick PP board with PVC board together cutting to save PP boards usage for foam, sponge, gaskets,  insulation. etc. 

Boards to use: PP board, stainless steel board, PVC board, EPDM board...
