Here we would like seperate this travel head cutting machine system into 3 parts to introduce.
1. Main cutting machine. It's travel head 60 tons, 1600x610mm effective working area, Actual table size is 2000x610mm. Cutting Head 600x600mm, and the max cutting die to mounted is 560x600mm. Please note that Travel head is without rotary. But why 60 tons with 600x600mm cutting head? Most important, it's this travel head cutting machine application for cutting small holes. Cutting speed 2 seconds one cutting.
2. Belt Clip in both side feeding. It's servo controlled conveyor by clipping running to convey the foam thin rolls. Size same as 2000x610mm. And it's in both size, easy running the materials. This belt-clip feeding is normal and we make a lot each year.
3. Sucker feeding. We make travel head cutting machine a lot. We make travel head cutting machine with conveyor belt clip feeding a lot. But it's very customized to make travel head + conveyor belt + Sucker feeding. It solved the problem which our clients asked many times: To cut both rolls and sheets in one machine automaticly. It will save another machine cost. The sucker is the lift flatform to lift up the stacking foam sheets. It can hold sheets max 1400*2500mm.
Max thickness to stack 700mm.
1.Samll foam sheets to cut: Double sides auto feeding table cutting machine 2. Only cutting foam thick sheets: Sucker feeding cutting machine only with Full head cutting.
3. Only cutting foam thin rolls: Double belt conveyor belt full head cutting for large size products.
