Since 2006, we have been invested into developing and manufacturing a suitable machine for the same thinsulate insulation material for 3M materials suppliers in China.From 100 tons, single side feeding, for sheets feeding, for rolls feeding, heating sealed, cooling sealed.. we tried so many to reach a high quality and most suitable die cutting machine with heater function to heat seal, meanwhile die cutting the thinsulate acoustic&thermal insulation materials. During the process, we also found, even only one name as thinsulate insulation, there are many different desity, thickness, types with fabric or not, No line/1 line/2 lines/3 lines/ 4 lines edge sealing requirements...
Finally, we settle it down as below sepcial , standard, customized model with 200 tons 1600x1000mm cutting area.
We special design the whole machine, including the high weigh cutting beam on top, the heating board in both top and bottom, servo-screws for micro adjusting the cutting depth, bottom plate a high-hardness die-cut steel plate with a hardness of HRC53° or above, and generally there will be no knife marks, seperated zones for temperature contorl... As whole thinsulate insulation die cutting machine, it will includes from the feeding roller holder, cutting machine, out-feeding table, roller-rewinder for the wastings. Below is the newest set of the same model HG-B200T, 200 tons witth cutting area 1600x1000mm, to show the details.

1. Feding method adopts roller feeding, which is convenient for knife adjustment, short machine body and saves materials during debugging. The original belt clip feeding is difficult to install the knife die, and wastes materials during debugging.
