Today we are introducing the soundproofing foam die cutting usages by the die cutting machines. Soundproofing foam is also called sound insulation foam, acoustic foam, noise absorbing foam, foam panels used for studio, roof, door, ceiling.. ect places which requried sound proof.

As usual the acoustic foam is very low density and 50-70mm height, and the raw material comes as sheets with width 1000mm, and not limit in length. The noise absorbing foam as usual is cutting by wire cutting machine into square patterns, without die cutting. However, for special usage, it requires the cutting into different shapes, round, or line inside, or into small size as above video showing.
And the acoustic foam belongs easy cutting materials by Honggang cutting machine. Normally 40 or 50 tons tons can cut full sheets of 1000x500mm, even 1000x1000mm.

Different to acoustic foam used mostly for studio, walls, and doors, foam closure strips are used in top of house as roof protection and noise isolation. It's mostly made by EVA foam with thickness 30-50mm, and by cutting mould to cut into strips to fit to the metal roofing panel, mostly as wave shapes and connection. So it requires exactly die design and perfect die cutting to ensure the quality.
For foam panel closure die cutting, above video showing is manual type, by 100 tons egde cutting clean and exact. We also have automatic type to feeding the foam sheet and auto cutting too. With a long table, easy to put the sheets and easy to pick up the cutting pieces.
