0) Structure of the hydraulic press.
First of all, at present in the market, the most popular die cutting machine is the 4-column 2-cylinder Auto balance connecting rod precision hydraulic cutting press, which is the replacement for the old mechanical, flat cutting press which is not durable, the replacement for the CNC cutting machine when the knife is running much slower than the die cutting(CNC is more suitable for 3D shapes cutting). The precision auto balance cutting machine is stage-cutting, which is "soft "cutting, and to prolong the cutting machine, cutting die using lifetime.

5) Belt-clip feeding table from 60 tons -300 tons. (Popular) For rolls.
6) Cut on belt feeding conveyor from 80 tons - 300 (Popular) for thin rolls.
7) Sucker with roller auto feeding from 150 tons to 300 tons. (Popular) Must be EPE foam sheets/boards
8) Travel head with table/belt feeding from 30 tons to 100 tons. (From some special usage)
4. Some tips to choose the suitable feeding system for the cutting machine.
1) Based on the foam thickness to choose the pressure.
For manual type feeding table feeding system, it can be used for multi-layer thin rolls into long sheets.
Also it can be for sheets from 5mm to 50mm when using small pressure from 30 tons, 40 tons, to 50 tons.
When it goes to higher thickness, such as 50mm, 60mm, 80mm thickness, the cutting pressure from 60 tons.
2) Based on the products size to choose the working area.
The foam pacakges sizes really ranges from 20x20mm to 2000x2000mm size, some is just to protect a corner, but some is as the shockproof for screens.
Anyway, standard 1220x610mm, 1400x810mm can meet most requirements.
But when is larger, how to choose? No worries, we can make
3) Based on the budget to choose pressure and cutting area die cut press.
You can see that we can offer all levels of cutting press for different output, beginners to large market producers.
The keypoint for based on budget to choose, is the cutting dies which can be made big or small to suit for the cutting area.
Because you can arrange to cut out 1 pcs or 2 pcs from one cutting die, or full sheets by one cutting.
Also you can see, our cutting press machines are from low pressure to high pressure, standard area to large cutting area, manual feeding to full auto feeding, so the machine cost will be difference from 4000 USD to 100,000 USD.

4) Based on human cost to choose the feeding type of the trimming press.
Have to say, different countries have different human cost so have different requirements for the machine auto type.
But please note that, the hydraulic cutting press machine no matter auto type or manual type, both can be operated by women and men.
Anyway, when you consider the worker cost and efficiency, just go ahead to the automatic type, such as belt-clip table feeding, conveyor feeding, and sucker roller feeding etc.
5) Based on testing or working videos.
