Today, we loaded 4 sets Cutting Machine shipped to An Old Friend in India.
Mr. Sharma called me at a weekend night, when I was meeting with my friend 4 years ago in 2017 . I remembered the call clearly. And I can't imagine what would happened if I missed the call, maybe I would miss my biggest customer, as well the biggest customer in India, and missed an old cooperators and old friend.
Checked the history orders, it's 10th order as well the 12th containers to Mr. Sharma's factory. If I calculated good enough, it would be the No. 32th to 36th machines factory. Mr. Sharma's factories focused on foam packages, car interior indusries... and he knows the cutting machine very well and he know what is the suitable models, cutting pressure and cutting area suitable for their production. And he owns large ranges of our machine types, including from 22 tons to 120 tons, mostly 60 tons and 100 tons, as well small clicker press, heat press, manual sliding table, double sides, single side table feeding, as well continuous feeding.
Also Mr. Sharma's ordered machines not only shipped to India, but also shipped to UK, to US. It's our pleasure to be the supplier and thanksful for Mr. Sharma's trust and choose.
It is my career's lighting time working with Mr. Sharma and his secretary, fast response, fast order, fast payment, fast shipment, fast files checking. Not only the last 4 years, 10+ orders, we are sure the next years, we will still keep on the machine good quality to keep the good business relationship.
In 2019, we sent an engineer free to Mr. Sharma's factories to do the new machine installation, meanwhile do the training to the workers, as well do the maintenance at once for the machine they have.
