26/2/2022 E500T+Jigsaw Puzzle Breaking m/c loading to India
Today(26/2/2022) we are loading the HG-E500T Jigsaw puzzle die cutting machine and Breaking Machine to India.
HG-E500T is with 500 tons pressure to 500 pcs, 1000 pcs of jigsaw puzzles by one time, or twice cutting for 2000 pcs of puzzle board.
The E500T jigsaw puzzle cutting press is with Feeding table size:1120X930mm, Main inner size: 1160mmX870mm, Max product size is 1000mmx870mm. Such area can meet the most popular jigsaw puzzle designs and products in the market.
The E500T is by PLC controlling the die setting and pressure of cutting, without damaging the mould and PP board. And it has the auto counting function, as well working pieces setting function, fault alarm function.
From the structure, E500T is same with our Honggang other cutting press machine models, it's with 4-column steady and precision machine structure. Also, it is with Auto feeding table to feed into the cutting area, for safety production; the feeding table is controlled by servo motor, with precision feeding length, and feeding speed can be adjustable for more precision position requirements.
Meanwhile, it's installed with the cutting die fast fixed tool, which can help to install and take down the large size cutting fast within 30 seconds..
Finally, the machine model E500T is with CE, with experience of exporting not only to India, but also to Europe and Australia. Till now. the machines are working well for our customers when we followed up, and they continue ordering the cutting dies/moulds from us.
To load together with the E500T, there is the Jigsaw Puzzle breaking machine. Compare to jigsaw puzzle automatic bagging machine, the simple seperated breaking machine with only USD 7800 is good for many workshops to start the business for large jigsaw puzzle boards.
