The customer from Japan is a reseller with their own brand for over 17 years since 2005. So machine color customized, logo customized, even parts can be customized.
Have to say that, a good long term customer helps us a lot for a machine factory to raise the production process.
Because of High quality requirements, though cooperation since 2005, they never compromised in any details, which urged our production into another level years ago, which raise our production minds and thought in the details. We produced machines for customers, but also learn from our customers.
So I think thanks to this customer over 17 years of cooperation, our factory can win the quality reputation in China as No.1, and till now, our brand Honggang always means high quality and good service for the die cutting machine in Chinese market. This comes the result that, though hard time of Covid, War, we still have enough orders to make.
