1. Details compared to Old and New designs.
1)Theold robotic arm is seperated to the cutting machine, it can be added to or removed from the trimming machines. It can be single side, also two sides working together.
It's suitable to add to old exsited cutting press machine which is not with robotic arm yet.
The seperated robot arm takes the space, takes time to move the robot arm to the correct position, need to take care for the left or right side. even takes 1x40 feet container to ship for 1 dual side cutting press, with two robot arms, which cost much in shipping cost.
2) Thenew designed robot arm is fixed and installed to the cutting press. It can be single side, as well two sides working together.
Advantages: It solved the key problems of the old robot arm. A. Takes less space. B. Easy to install. The whole machine with robot arm can be done by one step. C. Save the shipping cost. Only 1x20 feet container can be loaded to ship to export. D. Can add after a while. We can design the frame to the cutting machine, whenever you want to add the robot arm. E. Single side or double side for choose. To use single side first, later to add the other side, is also awaible. F. Saving energy. Servo motor with hydraulic system. Yes, we only design for servo hydraulic model. G. Including standard of two conveyor belts to place the cutting pieces.
Disavatages:The fixed robot arm can not be added to the old cutting machine, which is without the robot arm frame.
2. Big Promotion to the new robot arm
At present, we make ONLY TWO MODELs for such kind of robot arm fixed to the cutting press.
One is 160 tons servo hydraulic (Hydraulic 150 tons, servo adding 10 tons).
The other is 120 tons servo hydraulic.
In order to expand the market of the new robotic arm, HG factory decides to make the promotion.
160 tons, servo motor, two sides, two installed robot, USD 28500. FOB Guangzhou.
120 tons, servo motor, two sides, two installed robot, USD 26800. FOB Guangzhou.
Working area standard as 1400x810mm for thermo plastic packages.
Have to mention that, if fully hydraulic 150 tons, with two sides seperated old designed robot arms, it will be USD 35000 FOB Guangzhou.I think our old customers will know this. So such a good price will be the big promotion.
