Today we finish and test a new customization die cutting machine for fiber glass.
Below is the key points for the customization.
1. W1600xL2200mm of cutting area, in-feeding side 3 meters long belt surface, out feeding side 1 meter long.
2. Structure of 4 cylinder 6 columns type, keep the cutting steady for the large size.
As usual our cutting area is the Width longer than the length, with 2 cylinder in both side. So it has to make the customization in the cylinder to hold the length.
3. Full belt conveyor, as well cut on belt, out feeding with the belt, for the soft and thin glass fiber cutting.
4. Multilayer feeding, with the materials holder to hold 4 rolls at one time.
5. With Feeding centering system, as well light sensor to detect the feeding line.
6. With wasting re-winder on top to collect the wastings.
7. Out fixed hydraulic unit under the belt, not inside the tank as standard.
8. With the motor control cutting die fixed tool.
